It's easy to dismiss Be Here Now as the relic of a whacked-out '60s acid tripper. Paging through the center section of the book, with its inch-high print and psychedelic drawings, you come across lines like:

Then you turn to the first page of the book, and you are suddenly sucked into the story of a Harvard psychiatrist who has reached the pinnacle of success, discovers the mind-expanding powers of acid, and ends up trooping through India with a 23-year-old holy man from Laguna Beach, California. In the story, you see all the trappings of your own life and begin to wonder if India might hold the answers after all. Before booking your ticket, turn to the last section of the Be Here Now, "Cookbook for a Sacred Life." Ram Dass saves you the trouble by proffering a sober introduction to the basics of Hindu religion. Although he still can't resist CAPITAL LETTERS, he has done his homework, presenting a whole range of concepts and practices having to do with yoga postures, meditation, renunciation, dying, and sexual energy. So, for the most part, Be Here Now stands the test of time, and if you can entertain the center section in a retro kind of a spirit, it might be just what you're looking for: "The opposite of craving is saying, baby, this is the way it is, yeah, OK, here and now, this is it. I ACCEPT THE HERE & NOW FULLY."

Vedic Mathematics: Sixteen Simple Mathematical Formulae from the Vedas by Bharati Krishna Tirtha, Vasudeva Sharana Agrawala



Swami Bharati Krishna Tirtha's Vedic mathematics is a system of mathematics consisting of a list of 16 basic sutras, or aphorisms, that allegedly encompass all mathematics. They were presented by a Hindu scholar and mathematician, Jagadguru Swami Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji Maharaja, during the early part of the 20th century (Trivedi, 1965).

Tirthaji claims that he found the sutras after years of studying the Vedas, a set of sacred ancient Hindu texts (Agrawala, 1992). However, labelling the mathematics he presented as ‘Vedic’ has provoked great controversy amongst Indian mathematicians who question both the Vedic origin of the mathematics, and whether the sutras can fulfill the claim of encompassing all mathematics. Nonetheless, the calculation strategies provided by Vedic mathematics are creative and useful, and can be applied in a number of ways to calculation methods in arithmetic and algebra, most notably within the education system.

The Free Energy Secrets of Cold Electricity by Peter Lindemann



Etheric power is the power source of the future. Until recently, only a handful of researchers have understood how to tap it. For over one hundred years, there have been persistent rumors that a number of brilliant inventors had succeeded. These included Dr. Nikola Tesla, Dr. T. Henry Moray, Edwin Gray, Sr., and more recently, Paul Baumann in Switzerland. Each reported, and showed hundreds of eyewitnesses, a "cold" form of electric power that could be produced with relatively simple equipment. This natural energy form can be gathered directly from the environment (mistakenly called "static" electricity) or extracted from ordinary electricity by the method called "fractionation." Radiant Energy can perform the same wonders as ordinary electricity, at less than 1% of the cost. It does not behave exactly like electricity, however, which has contributed to the scientific community's misunderstanding of it.

First studied by Dr. Nikola Tesla in 1889, this effect is the primary operating principle of his "Magnifying Transmitter." After Tesla was prevented from bringing his World Power System into full manifestation, he worked for years to develop a smaller version of the device that harnessed the same principle. By the 1930's, he had succeeded. This device is what powered his infamous Pierce-Arrow automobile.

At about this same time, another brilliant radio engineer, Dr. Thomas Henry Moray, also developed a working model of a power source that used no fuel. By 1935, Dr. Moray had perfected this device as a small box that produced 50,000 watts of a cold form of electricity. Hundreds of people witnessed demonstrations of this invention. Both Tesla and Moray referred to the energy in these systems as "radiant energy." Moray's system had no batteries or magnets in it, and apparently gathered the "radiant energy" directly from the environment.

Edwin Gray,Sr rediscovered the technique in the late 1950's and spent 15 years developing working models. Mr. Gray discovered that the discharge of a high voltage capacitor could be shocked into releasing a huge, radiant, electrostatic burst. This energy spike was produced and captured in a special device Mr. Gray called his "conversion element switching tube." The non-shocking, cold form of energy that came out of this "conversion tube" powered all of his demonstrations, appliances, and motors, as well as recharged his batteries. Mr. Gray referred to this process as "splitting the positive." During the 1970's, based on this discovery, Mr. Gray developed an 80 hp electric automobile engine that kept its batteries charged continuously. Hundreds of people witnessed dozens of demonstrations that Mr. Gray gave in his laboratory.

Then, in the 1970's, Paul Baumann in Switzerland rediscovered the technique again, and started building working models of what is called the "Testatika Machine." While Mr. Baumann has never officially disclosed the technique, hundreds of eye-witnesses have reported seeing a simple, electrostatic generator that turns itself and produces thousands of watts of a cold form of electricity. The Methernitha Community in Linden, Switzerland currently has 5 or 6 working models of this fuelless, self-running device.

In 2000, after three decades of work, Dr. Peter Lindemann cracked the secret of Edwin Gray's method. Once the process was understood, the underlying commonality of these other systems became apparent. Dr. Lindemann presented all of this research in a technical lecture in September 2000, and subsequently presented the same material in his book, "The Free Energy Secrets of Cold Electricity."

This is the first book of the "Eco-Technology" series, and as so, gives you the foundation of the therories presented by Vikto Schauberger, and amplified by Callum Coats. It DOES contain quite alot of previous information written in Living Energies (Coat's first Schauberger book),
however, the discussion and the text is much more thoroughly covered. The substance of water, water supply, deep-sea water, the consequences of drinking purely mechanically treated water, notes on the secrets of water, high-frequency water, the pulsation and healing power of water, river regulation, groundwater tables, temperature and movement of water...notice my use of the word WATER. Yes, this book is about water, but, by reading it, just wait until you discover what you DID NOT know about "water". It is a very good start and a foundation for understanding the theories of Viktor Schauberger.

i read that both occult and spiritual comes and practised from the mind. The basic of both are trying to expand the conciousness. They try it through mantras, chanting, sacrificing, sex, meditation, chi-gong...a lot more.
Usually spiritual do it by meditation.
And yeah you are right, its not the art of the practise that is bad, but what they choose to do after that , that matters.

Hell, Death, & Dimensions

Former investigative reporter Diane Morang shared her research into hell, death, other dimensions, and paranormal phenomena. Based on her study of such material as the Tibetan Book of the Dead, and near-death encounters, she has concluded there are 10 different
dimensions-- we live in the third dimension, and hell (a "horrible place of suffering and ugliness") is represented by the 1st & 2nd dimensions.

Upon death, many people will fall into the hell dimensions because they are unprepared to merge with the light, she declared, suggesting that a practice of meditation can teach people to escape from this scenario. Dimension 4 is what is thought of as the Christian heaven, dimension 5 is a black void without stars, and in dimension 10, spirits re-merge with God/source, she outlined.

A number of possibilities can occur when a person dies, such as falling into an astral realm where one relives their death for 1,000 to 6,000 years, or having one's entire life memory continuously replayed for a similar amount of time, she said. Several rules are of cardinal importance for spiritual advancement, Morang noted:

Do not commit murder or suicide.
You must learn as much as you can.
You must treat people as well as you can.

Enoch, Thoth & the Pyramid

Author and filmmaker Ken Klein presented his thesis that Egypt's Great Pyramid was built by Enoch, and serves as an oracle to help humankind transcend to their higher nature.

Klein contended that the Egyptian ruler known as Thoth, who wrote The Book of the Eternal Day (later called The Egyptian Book of the Dead), was actually Enoch, a real human, who was later deified. Further, the Greek god Hermes was also Enoch, he stated.

Enoch never died; he was taken to the Arcturus star system, and helped populate a "godly race," said Klein, adding that the Great Pyramid was built to memorialize the fact that Enoch escaped death. Enoch will return in a ship, and the current proliferation of UFOs, is preparing us for the call to leave, he continued. According to the prophets, it is our destiny to go into
space, he noted.

Drones, Spheres & the Mars Lander

Investigative reporter Linda Moulton Howe presented reports on \'dragonfly\' drone sightings, a pearl-colored sphere retrieved in Alabama, the Mars Phoenix Lander, and a new cattle mutilation case. The new Mars mission isn\'t intended to determine if microbes exist in the soil, Prof. Peter Smith noted. Regarding the anomaly of the \'white spike\' (see article below), Barry Goldstein, Phoenix\'s Project Manager said they want to study a higher resolution image of what is there, before commenting. A new witness of the strange aerial drones first reported in 2007 contacted Linda. Brent Yearout, of Camas, Washington described seeing a craft with appendages that had an inner ring about 8-12 ft. across. It emitted a static sound and moved in an erratic matter, stopping and hovering, he said.

Linda also shared an account of a witness in Decatur, Alabama who saw a 3-foot-wide sphere retrieved by ambulance workers on the night of April 25, 2008. The witness, Codey Terry, first saw an bluish-white aerial object come down from the sky, and later caught up with the ambulance. Linda speculated that the retrieved object, which Terry described as looking like a giant pearl, could be a type of monitoring device. She also detailed a case involving bloodless excisions on a dead pregnant cow found on May 1, 2008, in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Shamanism & Earth Changes

Futurist John Jay Harper shared his investigation into native shamanism as it correlates with the near-death experience (NDE), earth changes, and a global shift in consciousness. The shamanic tradition dates back thousands of years. Shamans, often engaged in healing work, travel to other realms and then translate back symbols of what they've seen, he explained.

The shamanic experience shares similarities to NDEs, with an "initiate" traveling to the other side. Near death experiencer, George Ritchie, described realms of a higher vibrational rate that co-exist just above our world, and contain laboratories and schools. One of the common themes Harper uncovered in his NDE research was of earth transformations to come. During a 20-year period (begun in 1992) a major solar event will trigger a pole shift and the melting of the ice caps, he detailed.

Harper, through his own visions, sees regional disruptions due to earthquakes on both the East and West coasts, as well as the Midwest. Appearing during the middle two hours, Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Dr. George Vaillant discussed his work on the scientific effects of positive emotions, as well as his new book Spiritual Evolution. Humankind's sense of spirituality is genetically wired in and has evolved over time for its survival value, he detailed. There is more empathy in our genes than what we learn in Sunday school training, he commented.

It has only been in the last 15 years that science has been able to measure specific emotions in the brain, showing how different parts of the brain light up, such as in the limbic system. For instance, he noted that when subjects were given money to donate to their favorite charity, the same part of their brains always lit up.

Crystal Skulls, UFO's & Mysterious Lake Creatures

Expert in anomalous phenomena, Paul Stonehill discussed his latest research into the Nazi hunt for crystal skulls in South America, including his knowledge of UFO research by the Soviets during the Cold War and the mysterious giants that inhabit Eurasian lakes.

And that Hitler's reason for wanting the skulls was to use them as was to control people.

ET Interference

During the middle two hours, visionary and conduit for divine messages, Marshall Vian Summers discussed how ET forces are influencing world events and capitalizing on human frailty in order to gain control of Earth. He first received "briefings" from angelic sources known as the "Allies of Humanity" back in 1997, with a second set of material arriving in 2005.

The Allies have been observing interfering ET presences on Earth, and seek to make humanity aware of their activity, Summers said. These ETs of several races are here in search of resources, and have been influencing people in power, as well as creating hybrid beings, since they can't breathe our atmosphere, he detailed.

Earth is considered by these ET groups to be a "biological storehouse," but the Allies warn of accepting ET technology-- we shouldn't give "the keys to our kingdom" for "trinkets from space," Summers commented. Knowledge or a "deeper intelligence within us" can keep people free from the ET intrusion, he added.

Pyramid Research & Theories

Dr. John DeSalvo, Director of the Great Pyramid of Giza Research Assoc., discussed the latest findings in pyramid research including the Russian pyramids. The Russians built around 17 fiberglass pyramids and conducted experiments inside them. They found an increase in immunological response, and better growth from seeds, he reported. An earlier experiment conducted in Czechoslovakia was said to demonstrate that razor blades actually sharpen under a pyramid (see this 1973 Time article on 'pyramid power').

Levitation may be the best explanation as to how the Great Pyramid at Giza was built, said DeSalvo. He noted that Bell Labs produced levitation effects in experiments in the 1980s, and that Arab legends about levitation date back to antiquity. As a historical side note, Napoleon reportedly visited the King's Chamber inside the Great Pyramid and came out visibly shaken, never wishing to speak of it again, he recounted.

DeSalvo also detailed some of the work of researcher Joe Parr, who found that energy fields like a bubble can be measured around pyramids. Interestingly, Parr correlated the timing of the Great Pyramid's energy field with the 'Great Annihilator'-- a Gamma Ray emitter in the center of our galaxy. Could the Great Pyramid be a device to prevent extinction on Earth through its bubble?, DeSalvo pondered.

Astrophysics & Paranormal Phenomena

Research scientist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, Dr. Rudy Schild discussed the connection between Dark Energy, black holes and wormholes and phenomena such as telepathy, near death encounters (NDEs), ghosts, and astrology.

New discoveries with ground-based and space telescopes are leading to a less mechanistic view of the universe. He's concluded that black holes have properties that allow them to resonate with the entire universe, creating a kind of massive information system that relates to our existence on Earth.

A friend and colleague of the late John Mack, Schild became aware of alien abduction research through him, and later he connected this phenomenon with NDEs, ghosts, and other anomalous reports.

Telepathy, which is typically done best by children, may be associated with higher brain frequencies and facilitated through Dark Energy, he said. Schild also commented he couldn't rule out the validity of astrology based on new findings about Dark Energy-- the magnetic field or subspace of various planetary alignments could "assist or ~Censored~ some kinds of information."

Nazi 'Bell', Stephenville Radar, & Roswell Rock

Investigative reporter Linda Moulton Howe presented several different reports. She interviewed Jim Marrs in regards to his new book, The Rise of the Fourth Reich, exploring the similarities between Hitler's Third Reich of WWII and modern America. They also discussed Nazi "bell" technology which allegedly could neutralize gravity, stop time and perhaps even enable a kind of time travel.

Radar records of Stephenville, Texas from 1/8/08 were obtained by Glen Schulze and Robert Powell via an FOIA request. Analysis showed that anomalous aerial targets didn't give off transponder beeps, and in one instance, the target moved towards the Bush ranch compound in Crawford.

In her last report, she discussed the unusual 'Roswell Rock' found by Robert Ridge in 2004, in an area near an alleged UFO crash between Corona and Roswell in 1947. The rock, which has unusual magnetic properties, features a raised design that mirrors the pattern of a 1996 crop circle. In addition to interviewing Ridge, Linda spoke with James Constantopoulos, Ph.D., Professor of Geology at Eastern New Mexico University, who found the rock remarkable in that the design was carved into material not easily worked on.

The Afterlife & Contact w/the Dead

Author Craig Hogan shared his research into contact with the dead, and the powers of the mind. The human mind exists independently of the brain, he argued, citing remote viewing ability as an example of how the mind can see at a great distance. During the dream state, it's the mind that's active, not the brain, he added.

The afterlife is made up of millions of spheres and planes, with realms similar to Earth--someone entering the afterlife would typically assume the body of when they were between 20 to 30, he said. Eventually, people evolve onto higher planes and become celestial beings, Hogan noted. Some spirits though, remain earthbound and can seek to negatively influence the living's behavior so they can live vicariously through them, he explained.

A number of methods have yielded communications with the deceased, including EVP and induced after-death communication (IADC), he reported. IADC involves an eye movement induction technique discovered by Dr. Allan Botkin. Hogan also suggested there is no hell that, and the devil are a myth created by the church, he said.

Cryptozoology, UFOs and Crop Circles

Researcher Nick Redfern discussed his 2-year transatlantic hunt, investigating Bigfoot, werewolves, lake monsters, Mothman-type creatures, UFOs and crop circles.

Bigfoot or 'wildman of the woods' reports date as far back as 1100 AD in Britain. In recent times, a number of Bigfoot cases in the U.K. took place near ancient stone circles or prehistoric burial mounds and sometimes peoples' car engines/lights would fail around the time of a sighting. UFOs or balls of light are occasionally seen in association with Bigfoot, such as in the 'Big Thicket' in southeast Texas, he noted. These facts suggest to Redfern there may be a paranormal aspect to the Bigfoot creature-- it could have the ability to traverse realms, and its travel through portals may stir up electromagnetic activity.

He also heard witness accounts of werewolf-type creatures. A farmer in Paradise, TX told him of finding a disemboweled animal, then seeing a man-like figure with a snout like a German shepherd. Later, the farmer found a strange carved head on his property, which led Redfern to suspect the werewolf might've been conjured in a black magic ritual.

In his investigation of crop circles, he interviewed a circle maker, who said he was guided by a higher power when constructing the field patterns. Strange phenomena including missing time, balls of light, and animalistic screams, sometimes accompanied his activity, the circle maker told him.

Flatwoods UFO Case & Shootdowns

Ufologists Stanton Friedman and Frank Feschino discussed the 'Flatwoods Monster' encounter, which took place on Sept. 12, 1952, during what they believe was the biggest UFO flap in US history. Witnesses said they saw a large oval-shaped craft set down on a hill in Flatwoods in Braxton County, WV, and when they went to investigate they were sickened by a sulfur-like smell.

An object that witnesses reported seeing near the craft became known as a 'monster' based on a sketch artist's interpretation. However, Feschino suggested the 'monster' was something encased in metal, with eye-like portals on its head. The arms depicted with claws in the sketch, actually had antenna-like appendages, according to the witness. View Feschino's drawing here.

According to Feschino's research, the craft in Flatwoods passed by Washington DC earlier that night on its flight path, and may have been damaged by a military shootdown. There were other damaged UFOs that night as well, he said. Friedman also touched on the MJ-12 documents, and the Betty & Barney Hill case, later in the program.

The 4th Reich in America

Journalist and author Jim Marrs discussed his new book The Rise of the Fourth Reich, which posits that Nazi ideology threatens to overtake America. This authoritarian ideology-- that the end justifies the means, is practiced by various secret societiesΓÇö sometimes called the Illuminati, who function within the US as well as globally, he explained.

A number of powerful and wealthy families in America supported the Nazis leading up to WWII, and these same families own media conglomerates and corporate entities that exist today, he detailed. As many as 100,000 Nazis were brought over to the U.S. after the war-- some sharing their advanced technology in programs such as Project Paperclip, in exchange for immunity, said Marrs.

He described technology such as the Nazi Bell, a large conical shaped device with rotating magnetic fields which allowed for the manipulation of energy at both the atomic and subatomic level. This may have been the same technology used in the Philadelphia Experiment, he noted. The Nazis had flying saucer technology on the drawing board as well, he added.

Marrs estimated the Illuminati are about 75% on their way to executing their plan of microchipping and controlling the world's population. Rather than a one-world government, he suggested it was in their interest to keep factions warring, and eventually we could see a North American Union, the European Union and an Asian Union battling each other, like the three superstates depicted in Orwell's 1984. Individuals can avoid this fate by educating themselves and fighting back, Marrs advised.

Mind Harrasment

Private investigator specializing in electronic counter-measures, Roger Tolces discussed how surveillance and harassment has shifted from hardware to bio-coded directed energy. After viewing secret Russian spy documents, he believes the US is now using DNA sequencing to
develop new mind control techniques, which can target individuals as well as specific ethnic groups.

Tolces said many of his clients suffer from what is called voice-to-skull technology (V2K)-- a relentless set of voices talking inside a person's head. These non-stop voices can lead to physical and psychological problems for the victim. Marcia Lee appeared for a segment

discussing her case of 24/7 voice bombardment, which centered around her apartment in New York City. She described hearing her neighbors' voices in her head, telling her to do things against her will, such as turning over the keys to her apartment and car to them. The voices would also repeat things she had just said.

Tolces was able to help her with shielding techniques, such as an "electrostatic egg." He advises people who are having such problems to not sleep on a mattress that has metal in it, as the metal can conduct or amplify signals, and disturb sleep patterns. When he works with new clients he puts them through a number of tests, such as a "spectrum analyzing system" to determine the frequency and wave forms of the disturbance. A number of callers shared their accounts of being harassed by voices. Tolces also addressed the issue of data mining, and the deterioration of privacy rights in America in recent years.

Secret Societies, Symbolism & the Occult

Researcher of the occult Jordan Maxwell was joined by alternative historian Michael Tsarion for a discussion on secret societies, symbols, and astro-theology. Religion is incorporated into an economic and political movement, Maxwell declared, and the the American public has been deliberately dumbed down so people at the top have more freedom to do what they want.

These people at the top, Maxwell continued, aren't interested in power or money but in the very souls or life force of humanity. We're being invaded by "other world intelligences"-- dark forces in the universe who want ownership of the human race, he suggested. Maxwell, whose work inspired the Internet sensation Zeitgeist, recommended the books Occult Theocrasy, Stellar Theology and Masonic Astronomy, and Symbols, Sex and the Stars (available as e-books) as worthy source materials.

Tsarion paid homage to Maxwell for being an important influence in his research, and discussed his latest work on astro-theology. Many cities and their architecture are based on hidden astrological symbolism, he noted. Tsarion will soon release a new DVD documentary titled Architects of Control.

Slovakia Artifact & Marley Woods

UFO researcher Ted Phillips spoke about his investigations into a huge Slovakia artifact (Project Moonshaft) and the Marley Woods sightings.
During WW II, Tony Horak said he was hiding in a cave in the Tatra Mountains in Slovakia, and subsequently discovered a tower-sized artifact, shaped like a cylinder, embedded in the rock. The intelligently designed structure is many, many thousands of years old, Phillips estimated. He has made two trips to Slovakia but wasn't able to relocate the cave. Now, he announced, funding is in place for his team to make a third attempt to find the artifact and bring back samples. More here.

'Marley Woods,' a several mile-wide area in an undisclosed location, has been the subject of a 10-year investigation by Phillips. Every type of UFO has been spotted there, with reports going as far back as 1937. Greenish-white lights have approached cars and beams of light have been seen sweeping over fields, he said. There've been numerous trace cases, including burned rings swirled into the ground repeatedly inside a small area enclosed by barbed wire. Some 172 witnesses have seen small moving balls of white light, he noted, and one such ball was observed making a right angle turn.

God, Light, & Physics

Author Lee Baumann M.D. described his evolution from an atheist to spiritual perspective, and presented the concept that God could be thought of as light. He cited studies in quantum physics, NDE encounters and religious accounts as all sharing similar descriptions of light.

Light (not just visible light, but electromagnetic radiation) is found throughout the universe, and exists outside our four dimensions (including time), he said. According to quantum physics, light is a type of cosmic consciousness— it is omnipresent, existing everywhere at one time and allows for an instantaneous transfer of information. Further, all matter will eventually decompose into light, he added.

Many religions describe God in terms of light, and Baumann no longer feels this is metaphorical.

The Ancient Crystal Skulls

Egyptologist and pre-historian Stephen Mehler discussed ancient crystal skulls (photos), exploring their debated history, and mysterious functions and properties. He refuted a recent report that the skulls are "modern fakes," and said academic scientists lack an understanding of crystals. Two of the skulls (Max & Sha-Na-Ra) are definitively ancient, carved by hand instead of contemporary tools, he noted.

He shared the work of crystal skull researchers Nick Nocerino and Marcel Vogel. The late Nocerino, a prominent parapsychologist, was one of the first to bring attention to the skulls, and he believed there were 15-18 ancient skulls in existence. Vogel pointed out that the crystal skulls have missing silicon atoms in their bonding, and theorized it was these open spots that make them receptive to human communications (such as from breathing and sound) and allow them to store information.

The skulls can act like portals during these communications, giving people the sense they are going into the skull and seeing unknown dimensions, and they also have healing abilities,

Mehler detailed. We know the ancient skulls came from Mexico and Central America, he said-- one of the skulls was found buried in the tomb of a Mayan shaman, but may have actually been created earlier by the Olmecs.
