Hairy Bikers CookBook Series 3

Episode 1 - India (Part 1)

The gourmet bikers travel to Chennai in southern India, where they discover a cuisine vastly different from the northern Indian food the world is so familiar with. After a day spent foraging for ingredients in Kumuli, they head through the jungle to a maharajah's lake palace.

Episode 2 - India (Part 2)

After journeying through Kerala to its cultural capital Cochin, the boys put their dancing skills to the test in the ancient classical art of Kathakali, before commandeering a wicker houseboat in the backwaters of Allepey.

Episode 3 - Argentina (Part 1)

In the first of two programmes from Argentina, Simon King and David Myers tackle a sultry tango in the capital Buenos Aires. The Boca Juniors Stadium then beckons, where the duo rustle up half-time empanadas, accompanied by a strangely familiar footballer, before providing salads for a ranch barbecue.

Episode 4 - Argentina (Part 2)

Simon King and David Myers conclude their culinary tour of Argentina. The bikers sample Tandil's cheeses, visit the shark-fishing haven of Bahia San Blas and head to the Peninsula Valdes where they encounter giant elephant seals and southern right whales. The duo then cook sea bass on the beach and prepare Patagonian lamb in a Welsh-speaking village.

Episode 5 - Belgium (Part 1)

Simon King and David Myers manage to get lost in Bruges in Belgium, following the medieval town's one-way system. The duo then discover the world of beer cookery, before reaching a village where they make a meal inspired by an ancient bird-related sport.

Episode 6 - Belgium (Part 2)

Simon King and David Myers enjoy a spot of wild boar hunting in Belgium's Ardennes Forest, where they find ingredients to make a stew for a posse of cowboys. They also experience the surreal art of Brussels and meet two MEPs, but have to follow them to France to ask what's happening to the Continent's traditional foods.

Episode 7 - Morocco (Part 1)

The Boys begin their adventures in Marrakech, where Si acquires a carpet and Dave acquires a King Cobra on his head. After treating the locals to a Kefta Tagine cooked in the city's historic square, they go back to school to learn how to cook a classic pastilla. Then it's the ride of a lifetime over the Atlas mountains, interrupted by a spot of unlikely skiing. Fortified with a banging harira soup cooked on the piste, they head off to a tiny Berber village, where a whole lamb is roasted in their honour, and Dave responds with some exotic dancing.

Episode 8 - Morocco (Part 2)

Si and Dave head into the film town of Ouarzazate, or Hollywood with camels , as they describe it. On the roofs of the old medina, they learn the secrets of the tagine and traditional bread-making, then put their new skills to the test on a massive, disused film set. But getting ever closer is the Lisbon-Dakar Rally, and the Boys head off to check out one of the world's greatest off-road races. Having temporarily swapped the bikes for camels in the Sahara (and enjoyed a sand-bath), they rustle up a classic medfouna before the next stage of the Rally roars into the dawn.
